Is food service really included in the lease?

  • Yes! About 18 meals a week are included in your lease (roughly a $5,000 annual value), not a separate dining plan.
  • That saves residents hours each week on shopping, cooking, and dishes so they can focus on class and campus life.

Are utilities included?

  • Yes! Utilities are included in your lease.

Is the facility furnished?

  • Yes! The building is fully furnished for student living.
  • What’s in your specific room depends on the floor plan.

Do you offer nine-month leases?

  • Yes! Nine-month leases align with the academic calendar (typically August 15 through May 15 with nine payments, not twelve).
  • Semester leases may be available in limited numbers. Ask when you apply.
  • Availability and exact dates change by year.

What are the lease rates?

  • Pricing is per resident (leased by the bed). Nine-month rates for the current academic year:
  • Double rooms (about 214–300 sq ft): $1,400–$1,650/month
  • Two-room suites with semi-private bath (195 sq ft/room): $1,500/month
  • Large two-room suites with semi-private bath (300 sq ft/room): $1,650/month
  • Select rooms with private attached bath: $1,650–$1,750/month
  • Security deposit is typically $500. Confirm on your lease.
  • Semester leases and prepaid discounts may be available. Ask when you apply.

How do tours work?

  • We’ll confirm times, what to bring, and whether a video option is available if you’re out of town.

What room types do you offer?

  • Double rooms and two-room suites (two residents per room).
  • Semi-private and private bathroom options on select floor plans.

How does roommate assignment work?

Who is this a good fit for?

  • Incoming freshmen, transfer students, graduate students, international students, co-ops, and students with non-traditional timelines.
  • Ask how your dates line up with lease start and end for the year you’re interested in.

Do you have parking available?

  • Yes! Unassigned surface lot parking when available (about $125/month).
  • Many residents bike or walk to campus due to our proximity.
  • Spaces are leased on a first come, first served basis.

Is 308 North Street a Greek chapter?

  • No. We are independent student housing and are not affiliated with Purdue University.
  • The property is not associated with an active fraternity, sorority, or Purdue University club.
